Pamela Abban Ohene Djan, is a Dental Surgeon of over 30yrs, an educationist, international lecturer, examiner and author. She is a Fellow in Dental Surgery of Royal College of Surgeons of England, Fellow of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, and Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine of England and has a Master’s degree in Restorative Dentistry from University of Manchester UK. She runs her own dental practice in London where she provides a full complement of dental services as well as non-surgical medical aesthetics. She is an educationists with an MA in educational assessment from the Institute of Education London, and has a certificate in Psychometrics in Educational Assessment from University of Cambridge. Dr Abban Ohene Djan is Chief External Examiner for the General Dental Council UK, and a visiting senior lecturer at University of Ghana Dental School, Korle Bu. She is a member of the Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Strategic Advisory Group as well as member of the PPI panel of Imperial College London, Clinical Research Facility. She is the author of Students’ English Guide; Grammar and Literary Terms and is the past executive secretary for the Ghanaian Doctors and Dentist Association UK and is currently an executive member.
